Potstill Calculator
This tool simulates the distillation process in a pot still by calculating key metrics such as boiling point, ethanol concentration, and total output at each time step. The underlying code is derived largely from the HomeDistiller.org Pot Still Calculator with some modifications.
Just like with the original calculator, this can also be used for double and triple distillations. Try one of the example runs below:
